Recientemente nos encontramos con esta receta para un pud\u00edn de pan de rosquilla con salsa de mantequilla y ron. Suena delicioso, \u00bfno? Gracias a Harold Kelly de Melange Catering por enviar esta receta a Houston Texas Food.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Bud\u00edn de pan de rosquilla con salsa de mantequilla y ron<\/strong><br \/>\nSirve 6-8<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredientes<\/em><br \/>\n1 o 2 docenas de donas compradas en la tienda<br \/>\n1 lata de 14 onzas de leche condensada azucarada (no evaporada)<br \/>\n1 taza de nueces picadas (a su elecci\u00f3n: nueces, nueces, avellanas)<br \/>\n2 huevos batidos<br \/>\n1 caja de 9 onzas de pasas<br \/>\n1 pizca de sal<br \/>\n1 o 2 cucharaditas de canela molida (al gusto)<\/p>\n<p><em>Direcciones<\/em><br \/>\n1. Precaliente el horno a 350 grados. Corta las rosquillas en cubos. Colocar en un bol.<br \/>\n2. Vierta todos los dem\u00e1s ingredientes encima de las donas y d\u00e9jelas en remojo durante unos minutos.<br \/>\nMezcle todos los ingredientes hasta que las donas hayan absorbido el l\u00edquido tanto como sea posible.<br \/>\n3. Coloque en una fuente para hornear engrasada y hornee durante aproximadamente 1 hora hasta que el centro se haya endurecido.<br \/>\n4. Sirva caliente y cubra con salsa de mantequilla y ron.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Salsa de mantequilla y ron<\/span><br \/>\n<em>Ingredientes<\/em><br \/>\n1 barra de mantequilla<br \/>\n1 libra caja de az\u00facar en polvo<br \/>\nRon al gusto<\/p>\n<p><em>Direcciones<\/em><br \/>\n1. Derrita la mantequilla en una cacerola y agregue lentamente el az\u00facar de reposter\u00eda hasta que se disuelva.<br \/>\n2. Agregue el ron y caliente hasta que burbujee.<br \/>\n3. Vierta sobre cada porci\u00f3n de pud\u00edn de pan de rosquilla.<br \/>\n4.
